Crime and Business: Fraud and Corruption in the Carbon Trading
Markets

CHHS Director Michael Greenberger will take part in the Zicklin Center
at Wharton School of Business working group meeting on "Crime and
Business: Fraud and Corruption in the Carbon Trading Markets."
Objectives are to identify and explore the governance, law
enforcement, and regulatory challenges associated with an emerging
problem of fraud in the carbon trading markets, and to propose
solutions and actions that address this problem in ways that
accommodate the needs and interests of multiple stakeholder
participants.

forum panel on U.S. commodity derivatives regulatory and legislative
reform.
